Rama defends Beqaj: A pot was boiled for a "structured group", but in the end I had nothing

Prime Minister Edi Rama, in a speech full of attacks on SPAK and GJKKO, remembered those he once let go of, from former Deputy Prime Minister Arben Ahmetaj, former Minister Ilir Beqaj, and Mayor Erion Veliaj.
