Journalist Fatos Mahmutaj was invited today to the show "Breaking" on Top News, where he gave new details about the breakdown by us and Europol of another coded application used by gangs, called "Matrix".

Mahmutaj stopped at the disappearance of Ervis Martinaj, for whom he is convinced that he was executed. He said that in these applications, after his disappearance, a video circulated, but then it quickly disappeared.

"In my personal belief, after I was informed like all other journalists that in August 2022 when he disappeared, I have the impression that he was killed, executed, so the job is over. But anyway, then it was rumored that a video circulated in these encrypted applications, that is, in special programs. However, this video did not go outside these applications and disappeared from circulation very quickly.

There were statements in the television studio from journalists and analysts in Albania about this video, and someone even claimed to have seen this video. Now we have a man who has been missing for over two years, almost 2 and a half years and we have no sign of him, no existence or continuation of unsolved crimes. So I believe that all applications used by Albanian gangs should be seen, wherever they are active, even abroad, such as 'Matrix', 'Sky Ecc', Encrochat'. They must be looked at carefully to find a proof, to put an end to this dilemma", he said.
