In relation to a video published on social networks, in which the vehicle with the driver, a citizen of AL, is shown, passing a row of vehicles in the opposite direction of movement and using blinding lights in a residential area, on the "Elbasan-Bradashesh" road axis. , we inform you that:              

The Traffic Police sector imposed an administrative fine of 25,000 lek on the driver of the vehicle, a citizen of AL, based on articles 146 point 16, 141 point 10, 146 point 10 and 127 point 3 of the Traffic Code. Also, 10 points were deducted from his driving license.

The Elbasan Local Police Department invites citizens to report any violation of traffic rules to 112 and to the Digital Police Station, and guarantees them that it will react immediately and in accordance with the law.
