The court ordered a prison sentence for Julian Gjoshin, the suspected perpetrator of Alfred Dedja's murder.
It was decided to conduct a psychiatric examination due to drug use.
His lawyer told the court that drug addiction and use has affected his mental capacity.
"My client has been registered in the toxicology department for two years," said Alfred Dedja.
Alfred Dedja was shot dead in the afternoon of the previous day in Ndroq, after being shot by 27-year-old Julian Gjoshi.
Julian Gjoshi is Altin Hajri's brother-in-law. Altin Hajri is the owner of the "Golden" complex, where Alfred Dedja was the manager a few years ago.
The execution is suspected to have occurred due to the disruption of drug deals.
Dedja was in a bar in the area when he was shot by Gjoshi. The police also found a weapon on the victim.
While the young man managed to leave the scene in a "Benz" type car and is still on the run.
According to information, the suspected author of the murder, Julian Gjoshi, was a friend of Dedjan.
At the time of the incident, the victim was having lunch with his friends, when the 27-year-old entered the bar, Dedja got up to meet him, but he shot him with a firearm, without saying anything.
The alleged perpetrator is a well-known name to law enforcement authorities. The 27-year-old turns out to have a previous criminal record, while in 2021 he was arrested with a pistol without a permit.
He also turns out to be the brother-in-law of Altin Hajri, one of the most wanted persons of the police, who is suspected of the murder and disappearance of Jan Prenga
Altin Hajri, owner of the "Golden" complex where Jan Prenga is suspected to have been executed, appears in the SKYECC intercepts, where he had communications with the former MP of the SP, Jurgis Çyrbja. In the file, among other things, it appears that Hajri requested the intervention of Çyrbje for the release of his brother-in-law.
