The causes of the death of a 47-year-old man, who was found without signs of life in his car yesterday afternoon in Korça, are revealed.

City police say he was having sex when he allegedly died. For this, they arrested a 37-year-old woman who is accused of the criminal offense of "prostitution".

The police of Korça say that there are doubts that during the sexual act, he died as a result of hypertension.

Police Notification:

Following the preliminary information given yesterday, about the citizen M. Ç., 47 years old, who was found dead in his vehicle, in district no. 10 Korçë, and from the first actions it was suspected that he had lost his life for natural causes, we inform you that:    

From the investigative actions so far, carried out by the Serious Crimes Investigation Sector, in cooperation with the Korçë Police Station, at the direction of the Korçë Prosecutor's Office, it has become possible to identify the citizen V. Sh., 37 years old, who results that he was in the vehicle, having sexual relations with the citizen M. Ç., against payment. From the investigations and forensic examinations so far, it is suspected that the 47-year-old man died as a result of hypertension.   

Following the actions on the case, the citizen V. Sh., 37 years old, suspected of the criminal offense "Prostitution", was arrested in the act.   

Work continues to fully clarify and document the circumstances of the case.  

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the Korça General Jurisdiction.
