A 38-year-old man was rushed to hospital on Sunday afternoon after jumping off a cliff into the sea in Delimara, Malta.
According to the police, the event happened on Sunday at 18:45, where a large number of people recorded the 38-year-old's dance on their mobile phones.
The footage shows the man, an Albanian citizen, jumping from a great height into the sea.
When the other people saw that he remained under the water, they swam to him and took him to the shore.
An ambulance, the civil defense unit and the police arrived at the scene.
Speaking afterwards, emergency physician Michael Spiteri warned of the consequences of jumping from such a height.
"Hitting water from those heights is like hitting concrete," he wrote on Facebook.
“We respond with full force, but we may not be able to help you…don't waste your life.”
