The Traffic Police of Tirana have identified the driver of the "BMW X6" vehicle that was involved in the accident at the Artificial Lake of Tirana.

It is about a 26-year-old boy from the coastal city of Durrës, who was driving at high speed and is suspected to have been moving from "Rruga e Kosovare" and ended up at the lake dam.

It is also suspected that the young man may have been under the influence of alcohol or narcotic substances. The Blues of Tirana are working to capture him and escort him to carry out investigative actions.
