Eldi Allushi/ Tirana/ Artificial Lake

The person in the photo is Eldi Allushi, originally from Durrës, 26 years old, he is the young man who was driving the luxury vehicle that crashed into the dam of the Artificial Lake in Tirana.

 Allushi has been declared wanted, while it is suspected that at the time he was involved in the accident, he was under the influence of narcotics or alcohol.

He was traveling fast on the road of "Kosovarë" and then climbed the mountain that separates the axis from the lake promenade and then collided with the dam.

Police notification:

"On 22.08.2023, around 05:15, on the Kosovar Street, it is suspected that the "BMË" type vehicle driven by the citizen EA, 26 years old, resident of Durrës, went off the road and climbed the escarpment of the lake dam , then collided with the protective curb on the side of the lake. The driver abandoned the vehicle and left the scene of the accident.    

The procedural materials will be transferred to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of Tirana General Jurisdiction, for further procedural actions, for the criminal offenses "Destruction of property" and "Leaving the scene of the accident", the police informs.
