Lawyer Gjovalin Ulndreaj has passed away today, after feeling bad during a court hearing in the Court of Tirana.

According to the media release, the lawyer Ulndreaj was taken to the hospital urgently, where he unfortunately passed away.

Announcement:

Today, on 28.01.2025, around 12:00, in one of the courtrooms of the Appeals Court of General Jurisdiction, a criminal trial was being held where the lawyer and mr. Gjovalin Ulndreaj, a member of the Chamber of Lawyers of Shkodra, was taking part in the capacity of the defender and the lawyer.

During the trial, the lawyer has exhibited serious health problems, bringing immediate interruption of the process and the first aid from the present persons, until the arrival of the Emergency Service QSUNT Tirana.

Following the communication with the lawyer's family, it became known that, unfortunately, the lawyer had died in the hospital premises.

The Judicial Body of this Court and the administrative staff, praising the contribution to the justice delivery process, expressed the sincerest condolences of the relatives of the late lawyer Gjovalin Ulndreaj.
