SPAK orders the seizure of 31 Ervis Martinaj assets! Businesses, cars, thousands

SPAK has demanded the seizure of 31 assets of Ervis Martinaj, one of the most famous names of the criminal underworld in Albania, missing for several years.

The request was submitted to GJKKO, for 10 businesses, a plese of cars and thousands of square meters of land mainly in Kurbin, 2,000 m2 of land in Dhermi, some apartments in Tirana and the villa in the village of Surrel.

SPAK ANNOUNCEMENT:

The Special Prosecution Against Corruption and Organized Crime submitted to the Special Court of First Instance, the request for the confiscation of seized assets in the context of the 2023 property prosecution no. 1.

The Special Prosecution Office registered the above proceedings for the property investigation of citizen Ervis Martinaj, suspected of criminal offenses: "Providing conditions and material means to commit murder", to the detriment of citizen Indrit Dokle, conducted in special cooperation of the structured criminal group, "Structured criminal group", "Committing criminal acts by the structured criminal group and criminal organization", provided for by Articles 80, 28/4, 333/a/1, 334 of the Criminal Code and persons related to it.

Based on the provisions of law no. 10192 dated 03.12.2009, "On the Prevention and Prevention and Prevention of Organized Crime, Trafficking, Corruption and Other Crimes through Preventive Measures against Property", amended by law no. 70/2017, movable and irregular property of persons under investigation of property and related persons have been identified and seized.

At the conclusion of the investigation, it turns out that the seized assets are unjustified from legitimate sources and consequently presumed to be the result of criminal activity of the investigated persons and persons connected to them.

The assets seized for which the seizure is sought are:

50% te aksioneve dhe aseteve te shoqërisë “ALBA TELECOMMUNICATION” shpk, të zotëruara nga shtetasi Ervis Martinaj.
Shoqëria “M…. U…..” shpk, me aksioner me 100% shtetasin M.M.- Statusi Aktiv.
Shoqëria “M………E.M” shpk, aksioner shtetasin M.M. – Statusi aktiv.
Subjekti “Ervis Martinaj”.
Shoqëria “REAL FENIX” shpk, me aksioner 100% shtetësja M. – Status aktiv.
Subjekti “D…………M….”, PF – Status aktiv.
Subjekti “V……K…..” PF. -Status aktiv
Shoqëria “S.P.E E…….” shpk, me aksioner 100% V.K. – Status aktiv.
21% të aksioneve dhe aseteve të shoqëria “S.P.E Gj….” shpk, të zotëruara nga shoqëria “S.P.E E……”, në të cilën shtetasi V.K. është aksioner me 100% të aksioneve.
5 (pesë) automjete të markave të ndryshme.

Llogari bankare në vlerën e 1.878.299 lekë (një milionë tetëqind e shtatëdhjetë e tetë e dyqind e nëntëdhjetë e nëntë lekë) ne emër të shtetasit A.K.
