Two people who blackmailed a woman into giving him 2,000 euros to delete some intimate photos of her from the social network "Tik Tok", have been arrested in Gjirokastër.

The Services of the Cyber Crime Investigation Sector, in cooperation with the Directorate of the Special Operational Force (Fast Albania) in the Criminal Police Department in THE PPSH and with the Operational Sector of DVP Gjirokastër, in the scope of the work on cracking down on cyber crimes, have organized and finalized the police operation codenamed "Profil".

During the operation, albanians Xheka and Artur Lika, 45 years old and 25 years old, both residents in Tirana, were arrested in flagrant cases for the criminal offenses "Computer Counterfeiting" and "Coercion by means of intrancy or violence for giving of property", committed in cooperation.

From the investigative actions carried out by specialists of the Cyber Crime Investigation Sector, it is suspected that these two citizens, in cooperation with each other, have been threatening through mobile phone, a 40-year-old, for giving the amount of 2000 euros, to delete some intimate photos of her from the social network "Tik Tok".

The procedurale materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of first instance of the General Jurisdiction of Gjirokastër, for further action.
