This Tuesday, the Special Prosecutor's Office issued an arrest warrant for Aleksandër Laho, also known as Pëllumb Muharremi and "Rrumi" of Shijak.

Laho is accused by SPAK of alienating properties in Lalzi Bay, thousands of m2 of land on the coast.

A month ago, this citizen was declared wanted by the Durres Police, as he is accused of planning the kidnapping of two brothers Indri and Gentjan Beqiraj on the Tirana-Durres highway in cooperation with several other people. So far it has not been found.

Regarding the arrest warrant issued by SPAK, it is known that in the hands of the prosecutors is a recorded video showing Aleksandër Lahon and a state official negotiating the alienation of 45 thousand square meters of public land in Lalzi Bay.

The video fell into the hands of the Special Prosecutor's Office after the sensational assassination attempt on Aleksandër Laho and prosecutor Arian Ndoja, which occurred on the afternoon of November 1, 2019, on the Tirana-Durres highway.

In addition to the land with an area of ​​45,000 square meters, Shijak's "Rrumi" is suspected of being behind the alienation of 14 other plots in the Lalzi Bay area, through a massive scheme of forgery and corruption of public officials.
