From this letter of Gjonaj's order, a reply was returned that has been in the ministry for 8 months, since Manja is silent and does not send it to the Spaniards because we do not have a translator, he is silent and months pass and the case is filed as a natural death, not even that heart on April 22 it does not belong to Saimir.
