A 24-year-old Albanian woman tragically lost her life in an accident in Italy.

The young woman is Blerina Kryeziu from Kosovo.

Blerina, who worked as a waitress in a restaurant, was hit by a vehicle on Friday, but after three days in the hospital, the 24-year-old died on Monday.

The 24-year-old, who worked at the "da Silvano" restaurant for more than three years, got married a few months ago.

The serious incident happened on Friday. At around 19:00, while he was walking along the side of the road, in via San Martino, on the road without lighting, a "Nissan" type car hit him, throwing him about 10 meters away.
