Eria Aga/ Safet and Behar Bajri

To carry out the murder of Fatbardh Lici, Safet, Behar Bajri  and Astmer Bilali, in the company of Safet's girlfriend, Eria Aga , traveled from Tirana to Shkodra in the early hours of the morning of August 10, 2018.

One of the vehicles, a white Mercedes Benz CL with the license plate 'AA989TE', was driven by Eria, which, according to SPAK, is confirmed through communications she had with Asmer Bilal.

In this car, Eria Aga traveled towards Tirana together with Astmer Bilal, who is suspected of being the shooter in the murder of Fatbadh Lici, while they left Safet Bajri in Shkodra.

Astmer Bilali was a passenger in the stolen gray "Benz 220" car, while it was driven by Safet Bajri.

This car was filmed along its entire route, from arriving in front of the bar where Fatbardh Lici was sitting, until it was burned.

Bilal, dressed in black, got out of the car to carry out the murder, shot several times and quickly drove away.

A witness told police the moment the car was set on fire in Dobrac and then driven away. According to him, the person was masked, tall and seemingly young, while the mask had red stains, likely blood stains.

After the murder, Safet Bajri's girlfriend, Eria Ago, helped Bilal leave Shkodra towards Tirana, in the vehicle she was driving.
