Two Belgian tourists who were trapped in the Gjipe canyon were rescued after 5 hours of searching.

Vlorës Police announces that the tourists were in a very difficult and dangerous terrain and are currently in good health.

" Yesterday evening, the services of the Dhërmi Police Station received a notification that 2 Belgian tourists, exploring the canyon of Gjipe, Himare, were trapped due to the difficult terrain and it was impossible for them to get out of the canyon. Immediately after the announcement, the Police services, along with the fire services, were dispatched to the canyon. As a result of the research, it became possible to locate and extract from the canyon, 2 tourists, who are in a good state of health , "announces the police.
