The hearing for former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, accused of the privatization of the former Partizani sports complex, has been postponed until tomorrow at 10:00.

Berisha chose not to go to trial, while the two lawyers who initially represented him boycotted the hearing claiming that the judge did not approve their requests.

In these circumstances, GJKKO decided to appoint the lawyer from the state, Artan Simoni, to represent Sali Berisha.

Simon has familiarized himself with the acts and has been given time until the next day at 10:00, when the session will resume.
