Artan Simoni is the lawyer appointed by the state to represent Sali Berisha in the hearing against him at the GJKKO.

The decision to appoint Simon was reached after Berisha's two lawyers decided to boycott the session claiming violation and dismissal of their demands.

Simoni is one of the lawyers mainly from the Tirana Bar Association.

But just two days ago, in a post on his Facebook, Simoni shared a message that, according to some right-wing media, refers to Sali Berisha.
