Four young men arrested in Elbasan for selling drugs and knives

Police in Elbasan have arrested four people, as part of the operation codenamed "Terreni", which uncovered four cases of cannabis and cold weapon smuggling.

Two other people have also been declared wanted as a result of this Police action.

DVP Elbasan/Operational and operational work, with the objective of preventing and combating illegalities, in any form of their manifestation.

The police operation codenamed "Terreni" is finalized.
4 cases of cannabis and cold weapons sales are cracked down on.

The 6 perpetrators of these illegalities are being prosecuted (4 of them in custody).

As a result of 24/7 monitoring of the entire territory of the district, as well as the immediate administration of information obtained through police channels, the services of the Special Force "Eagle", in cooperation with specialists for the Investigation of Narcotics, within the framework of the "Terreni" operation, struck 3 cases of sale of the narcotic substance Cannabis Sativa and 1 case of sale of a cold weapon. Following the procedural actions for these cases:

-Citizens O. Ç., 21 years old, HB, 20 years old and KP, 19 years old, were arrested, after a search of the vehicle in which they were traveling in the "5 Maji" neighborhood found a quantity of the narcotic substance Cannabis Sativa divided into doses ready for sale;

-Citizen GM, 36 years old, was arrested and proceedings were initiated for citizen AB, 33 years old, after physical checks in the "Beqir Dardha" neighborhood found 1 cold weapon (knife) on the arrested person, which was suspected of being possessed with the intention of selling, while a quantity of Cannabis was found on the person being prosecuted;

-The proceedings were initiated in the absence of citizen SS, 36 years old, after a search of the vehicle he was driving in the "Partizani" neighborhood found a quantity of Cannabis.

The narcotics and the cold weapon found in these cases were seized as material evidence.

The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the Elbasan Court of First Instance, for further action.
