Police announce that they have arrested 26-year-old Ersi Cekani and have initiated proceedings against 4 others.
A 28-year-old man, the brother of the arrested person and one of the criminally prosecuted, has also been declared wanted.

The police operation codenamed "Pretendimi" is being finalized by Police Station No. 4.
They threatened and blackmailed a 29-year-old man and his family members into giving them a sum of money that they claimed these citizens owed them, and the 6 suspected perpetrators (3 of them brothers) have been identified.
One of them is arrested, 4 are being prosecuted, and efforts are underway to capture the other.

The services of Police Commissariat No. 4, in continuation of their work to prevent and crack down on illegality, after receiving a notification that a 29-year-old man and his family were being threatened for giving a sum of money, immediately organized the work to identify and capture them.
As a result of the rapid professional actions carried out by the Crime Investigation specialists of Police Station No. 4, within the framework of the police operation codenamed "Pretendimi", 5 suspected perpetrators were identified, of whom:
-EC citizen, 26 years old, was arrested in flagrante delicto;
-proceedings in free status were initiated for citizens AC, 35 years old, RB, 35 years old, SB, 19 years old, residents of Librazhd and LF, 32 years old, resident of Peshkopi;
-Citizen AC, 28 years old, brother of the 26-year-old arrested and the 35-year-old prosecuted, was declared wanted.
The investigation suspects that these 6 citizens, in collaboration with each other, threatened and blackmailed the 29-year-old and his family via mobile phone, claiming that these citizens owed him a considerable amount of money.
Work is underway to capture citizen AC and document the circumstances of the case.
The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution Office, for further action, for the criminal offense of "Coercion by threat or violence for the provision of property", committed in collaboration.
