The questioning of SPAK witnesses in the trial against the defendants in the " Golden Bullet " case began at the Special Court this Tuesday .
The first witness presented is Matilda Habilaj , the daughter of Fatmira Dedja and sister of Elvis Dedja , both killed in Durrës in 2012 and 2013.
The witness testified that she had no relationship with her mother and brother, as they had parted ways in 1997, choosing different directions.
"We were born in Kavaja, but then we lived in Durrës. Loshë is my brother Ervis Dede. I had no idea what my brother was doing. From 1997 to 2010 there was a break. I was busy with my studies. My communication with my brother and mother stopped in 1997. As far as I know, he went to Italy for the first time. I don't know what happened there with Loshë, but he went to the Netherlands and then to Belgium. In 2008 I learned that he had returned to Albania. For my brother's death, I was in a course, I teach German. At 10 pm they called me, they told me about Loshë. I later went to Germany for 1 month. I only had one phone call with my mother after the event," she confessed.
Matilda further revealed that she was not at her late brother's funeral and that at the time she was considering restoring relations with her mother, the latter was assassinated.
"I was not part of the ceremony, because I didn't know the people. I gave myself time. When I was thinking about coming to my mother, what happened in 2012 happened. In 1997, I severed all ties. I took the school path, the other one. If Losha were alive, those who killed my mother wouldn't have had a chance to touch a hair. My brother was very close to my mother. They executed my mother in a macabre way for a small amount of money. As I have seen in the media, my mother was killed for 12 thousand euros. I know citizen Besnik Dedja, he is Losha's uncle. He is mine too, but I have not had any relationship with them, since childhood," she further revealed.
We recall that the repentant justice official, Nuredin Dumani, has accused several people of murdering a mother and son.
Initially, he accused Festim Qoli and Henrik Hoxha of the murder of Elvis, while Talo Çela of the murder of 60-year-old Fatmira.
Fatmira Deda was found murdered about a year after her son was executed in the garage of the building where she lived alone.
The 60-year-old woman was found next to her vehicle, inside the garage located in neighborhood no. 3 of Durrës, covered in blood, with a wound to her head, by a resident of the building, who called the hospital emergency room and the police.
