A 23-year-old man was arrested by the Fier police after being wanted for attempted murder, violent theft and destruction of property.

The young man Pavli Dafa , who in May of last year tried to kill two young men, Elis Sheqin and Daniel Licajn , by hitting them with a vehicle, has been arrested .

After the collision, the 23-year-old left the scene and was arrested about 1 year later.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of Fier General Jurisdiction, for further actions.

How the event happened:

Pavli Dafa, according to the blue uniforms, tried to kill Elis Sheqin, 26, and Daniel Licajn, 30, by running them over with a vehicle and then deliberately hit their vehicle to stage the event as an accident.

After the collision that resulted in attempted murder, the 22-year-old left the scene.

Before the murder attempt, around 18:30 in Sheq was, 22-year-old Pavli Dafa and his father, Arben Dafa, had a physical conflict with 3 people, Elis Sheqin and Daniel Licajn, who tried to kill them and a 15-year-old .

The cause of the conflict was the 22-year-old Dafa himself, who harassed the sister of the 15-year-old minor.

After they initially separated, the young man took the car and headed towards Sheqi and Licaj, who at that moment were outside their vehicle, hitting them.

A second vehicle that was parked nearby was accidentally damaged.

To leave the scene, Dafa took the car of the person he wanted to kill, which was found as material evidence abandoned in the village of Visokë in Mallakastra.
