Hamza Lici and Arlind Bushati fell prey to a mafia assassination this Wednesday in the Dobraç neighborhood of Shkodra.

The bullets left Hamza Lici, the brother of Ibrahim Lici, dead on the spot.

The pair was traveling by car and according to the data so far, they were shot with bullets from another vehicle.
