Businessman Pando Papuçi turned himself in at the Saranda police station today.

The 68-year-old was wanted since February 21, 2022 for the criminal offense of "illegal construction", for a 7-story building at the entrance to the city of Saranda.

He was declared wanted as part of the "Silence" operation, which led to the arrest of 3 Saranda Municipality officials.

For all four people, the Prosecutor's Office of Saranda brought the case to trial a few months ago.
