Car hits and kills 36-year-old in Thumana

An accident resulting in the death of a 36-year-old man occurred this evening in the village of Thumanë.

Police say he was hit by a car driven by a 32-year-old man, who has already been taken to the police station while the details of the accident are being clarified.

"On 17.02.2025, at around 19:15, in the village of Thumanë, Krujë, the vehicle driven by citizen DS, about 32 years old, hit the pedestrian citizen G. Gj., about 36 years old, who lost his life as a result.

"The driver of the vehicle is being escorted to the police station for further procedural actions," the police announced.
