A person has lost his life after being shot with a gun this evening in the Dry Lake area of ??Tirana.

Police say it is initially suspected to be a suicide. The firearm, a pistol, was seized at the scene as evidence.

Police Announcement:

On 17.02.2025, at around 18:05, on "Peti" Street, it is suspected that IS citizen, around 60 years old, committed suicide with a pistol in his apartment.

The firearm was seized as material evidence.

The investigation team is working to fully clarify the circumstances of the incident.
