The Special Appeals Chamber has dismissed the appeal of the Appeals Judge in Durrës, Izet Dushaj, against the decision of the Independent Qualification Commission to dismiss him from office.

Dushaj failed to justify his wealth, and this issue led to his dismissal.

The trial panel upheld the KPC's decision and announced the final decision on February 17, 2025.
