A hearing to review the request of former Minister Arben Ahmetaj will take place tomorrow at the Constitutional Court.

Ahmetaj has requested that the decision of the GJKKO to lift the seizure of his properties be declared incompatible with the Constitution and has requested that the case be returned for retrial to the first instance of the GJKKO.

Ahmetaj is accused by SPAK of concealing assets and money laundering, and an arrest warrant has been issued against him. Ahmetaj has been abroad for some time now.
