Allowed illegal construction in Protected Areas, AMP launches investigations for an officer, AKZM employee also arrested

The Police Supervision Agency (Kukës - Dibër Region) has referred the procedural materials to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Kukës, for the police officer MM, with the duty of N/Specialist for Community Policing at the Tropojë Police Station, suspected of committing the criminal offense "Abuse of duty" as well as for the employee of the National Agency for Protected Areas, citizen GH.
 
Also, citizen EB, resident of the city of Durrës, suspected of the criminal offense "Illegal Construction" in Protected Areas, was arrested in flagrante delicto.
 
The referral of the materials to the employees was carried out after, through actions and inactions, they allowed the construction of a two-story building with stone walls in the place called ''Quka e Ibrahim Osës'', Bjeshkët e Pojanit, of the Tropojë Administrative Unit, without the permission of the relevant bodies and in violation of the law on Protected Areas.
