Doctor in Librazhd is being investigated, 42-year-old woman accuses him of being responsible for her uncle's death!

A doctor at Librazhd Hospital , citizen AI, 69 years old, has been criminally prosecuted while at large for the criminal offense of "Neglect in Medical Treatment".

According to the Police, the proceedings began after a complaint from a 42-year-old woman, who claims that the doctor did not provide proper treatment to her uncle, citizen MD, 52 years old, on August 27, 2025.

The MD passed away on August 31 at the Librazhd hospital, while the case is already under investigation by the Prosecutor's Office.

The materials were referred by the Crime Investigation specialists of the Librazhd Police Station, who have initiated legal proceedings against the doctor.

Police announcement:

The Crime Investigation Specialists of the Librazhd Police Commissariat referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office where the proceedings were initiated in a free state for the criminal offense of " Neglect in Medical Treatment ", for citizen AI, 69 years old, a doctor at the Librazhd Hospital, after a 42-year-old woman reported that this doctor had neglected the medical treatment of her uncle, citizen MD, 52 years old, on 27.08.2025, who lost his life in the hospital, on 31.08.2025 .
