Uljan Kolgejja is the taxi driver who has always made the rounds of the media because of his obsession with tattoos dedicated to famous people in the country. He first became known after he made a giant tattoo on his chest with the portrait of Sali Berisha, which he regretted and covered up, and then another giant tattoo with the portrait of moderator Marina Vjollca on his arm.

A short time ago, Kolgjeja tried to set himself on fire in front of the Prime Minister's building after his license was blocked and he was not allowed to work as a taxi driver.

He has struck again with the latest tattoos dedicated to Brilant Martinaj, the victim of the assassination a few days ago in Fushë-Kruje, and his relative Vis Martinaj.
