Today marks one week since the assassination attempt at the Fushë Kruja overpass, where Brilant Martinaj, Diklen Vata and Besmir Hoxha were executed with Kalashnikov bullets, while there is still no suspect as the author or the person who ordered the event.
The target of the assassination is believed to have been Brilant Martinaj, who is the first cousin of businessman Ervis Martinaj. As can be seen in the following photo, Ervis Martinaj has placed a wreath of flowers on the place where Brilanti rests and above it is the inscription: "From Visi".
This detail raises doubts that Ervis Martinaj may have been at the funeral of his uncle's son. Also, sources indicate that the armored Toyota Land Cruiser type car, which Ylli Brahimi and Klisman Preçi were driving on Friday evening when they were assassinated, was also used by Ervis Martinaj himself. Sources indicate that the same car was also seen at Brilant Martinaj's funeral a few days ago.
Ervis Martinaj has been declared an international wanted within the "Golden Bullet" operation, after the testimony of Nuredin Duman and Henrik Hoxha.
