Interpol Tirana , in cooperation with the Spanish authorities, has carried out the extradition from Spain to Albania of citizen Sorel Cenaj , 25 years old, internationally wanted for attempted murder.

Cenaj was declared wanted after the decision of the Kukes Court, which had assigned him the measure of " prison arrest " for the criminal offenses of " Murder committed by exceeding the limits of necessary defense ", remaining in the attempt, as well as " Unlicensed production, possession, purchase or sale of cold weapons ".

He is suspected of having attempted to kill a citizen in 2023, in a bar in neighborhood no. 5 of the city of Kukës, by hitting him with a cutting tool.

As a result of the cooperation of Interpol Tirana with Interpol Madrid, for the localization, capture and extradition of citizens on international wanted list, following the international police operation codenamed "The Wanted", the citizen was extradited from Spain to Albania:

This citizen was declared internationally wanted by Interpol Tirana, after the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Kukes assigned him the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offenses "Murder committed by exceeding the limits of necessary defense", remaining in attempt and "Unlicensed production, possession, purchase or sale of cold weapons".

This citizen is suspected of having attempted to kill citizen AE, by striking him with a cutting instrument, in a bar in neighborhood no. 5, Kukës.
