A 30-year-old man was injured by gunfire this evening in the Bathore area.

Police say that 30-year-old Elvis Visha was injured in the arm and is currently in hospital receiving treatment, but his life is out of danger.

The Tirana Blues are working to identify and capture the perpetrator.

"Around 18:45, citizen EV, around 30 years old, was taken to hospital for treatment, out of danger to his life, and is suspected of being wounded in the arm with a gunshot wound, in Bathore.

"The investigation team is working to identify and capture the perpetrator, as well as to fully clarify the circumstances of the case," the police announced.
