Details from the injury in Kukës / The Director of the Municipality shot the mayor's cousin in front of his mother

New details are being learned from the gunshot wound in Kukës, which involved the director of services at the city's municipality and the cousin of the mayor, Albert Halilaj.

29-year-old Elvis Halilaj was wounded by gunfire, who was shot by Zenel Muçmata, the acting Director of the Services Directorate in the Municipality of Kukës.

The fight started at a place called "Bicaj Agency Square" for unclear reasons, where Halilaj punched Muçmata.

Muçmata then followed him to his apartment. There, he pulled out his pistol and shot him once, the bullet hitting him in the back, fortunately without hitting any vital organs.

It is learned that Halilaj's mother was also present during the injury. Muçmata is still at large, while Halilaj was transported to the Prizren hospital for specialized treatment.
