The appeal of the GJKKO rejects Ajola Xoxa's request for the lifting of the seizure of personal belongings

The Special Court's appeal has rejected Ajola Xoxa's motion to lift the seizure of her personal belongings.

The decision was made by Judge Engert Pëllumbi after Judge Ilirjana Olldashi withdrew from the case.

Xoxa had requested the lifting of the seizure of her phone and other personal belongings seized by SPAK as part of the investigation against her and her husband, the mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj.
