Veliaj reacts to the investigations: My trips on a plane with 300 people to Turkey were written as 'Charter'!

Tirana Mayor  Erion Veliaj compares his situation to Franz Kafka's book " The Trial ", saying that he is there without evidence and without knowing who is accusing him.

He further gives the case of his travels, which in the scandalous file, as he calls it, is labeled with the word 'charter' 3 times.

But Veliaj says he explained to prosecutor Ols Dado that they were on business trips.

One of them was a flight to Ukraine for an official meeting with the mayor of Kiev, Vitali Klitschko, in 2021.

Erion Veliaj's full reaction:

Good morning everyone from Durrës prison, where, just like in Franz Kafka's monumental book, "The Trial", I have been in prison for a week without knowing not only why, but also who my accusers are.

The hero of my soap opera, Nesti Angoni, does not exist, while Ols Dado does exist, but on the first page of my file it says "convicted".

On the other hand, Erjon Kasapi, the judge of the slaughterhouse, concluded before I appeared at the door of his slaughterhouse, that I was "showing no remorse."

I've heard a lot of "hold on tight, it's their time, don't confront them, give way because they're evil, they have complexes, they're stupid, etc., etc."

I cannot accept this today, because I have never accepted this logic and my path has brought me face to face with many wicked and "fools", because for me, someone who has failed in the violin, has failed in education, has failed in their profession, but has succeeded in their career and in construction, is not just a fool, no matter how wicked, ignorant, complexed they may be! A devilish fool, yes.

For example, look at how safe the banal strategy of the devilish fool is, which was sent to me in an anonymous letter (whose author I am not surprised to find is Ols Angoni or Nesti Dado, but this is simply reasonable suspicion, not proof):

1. Coordinate with the scum in politics and the media, so that the 'target' becomes mud before it is thought of, and I was attacked in the last 10 months, as if it were the final act of a theater of attacks that lasted 10 years in a row, from the toy corner to Astir, the Theater, the Bazaar and the Boulevard. Can you imagine that I built 45 schools amidst the fighting and 109 kindergartens amidst the violence? This is not an exaggeration.

2. Rrëmo në dollapin e gruas, në shtëpinë e nënës dhe vjehrrës, në biznesin e vëllait, në telefonët e në punët e shokëve, në aktivitetet e kompanive që punojnë në Tiranë, në galeritë e artit e në depot e shfaqjeve teatrore, krijo ‘biografinë e keqe’ të një njeriu që pastaj, edhe ty vetë, si palaço me titullin prokuror, të duket sikur ka qenë i dënuar më parë.

3. Ço nëpër studio tv e në portale disa llapa-llapa të etur për gjak, me mision të veçantë, që hynë e dalin në SPAK si në redaksi dhe marrin gjetjet hetimore të biografisë, që pastaj i hedhin në shesh si mish të gjallë, ku turren llapaqenërit veteranë.

4. Pastaj merr vulën e thertores tek Erjon Kasapi dhe arrestoje gjënë e gjallë me biografi të keqe, që të mos ketë mundësi të mbrohet me fjalë, teksa e mbyt llapaqenëria me lehje, jargë e pështymë dhe sigurisht arrestoje pa gjyq, madje pa statusin e të pandehurit, thjesht për dyshime që edhe ti e di se s’janë prova.

5. Këtu mos u ndal, hap vagonin e trenit dhe hidh kocka nga ato që ke mbledhur në dosje për të ushqyer qentë, që të mbushet dheu me qenëri që kërkon varjen në litar të këtij ‘qenit që punon’ dhe meqë s’iu gjet as korrupsion e as para e fshehur gjëkundi, iu mor gruaja e iu bë leckë fustanësh 800 mijë euro - një sajesë që edhe e vetme mjafton për të kuptuar se pse e kanë marrë Ols Violinën në Spak në shkelje të ligjit.

Ja një shembull, se si violinisti dështak përdor teknikat e ‘histerisë kolektive’ për gjyq në media pa gjyq në institucione:

Në dosjen e tij skandaloze fjala “çarter” përdoret për 3 raste, nga të cilat dy janë udhëtime në Turqi, në datat 13.08.2004 (në Antalia) dhe 04.08.2006 (në Bodrum).

Pra, kur unë kam qenë 24 dhe 26 vjeç, 10 vjet përpara se të merresha me politikë! Edhe pse iu sqarua se janë dy udhëtime me Sava Tours, me 300 vetë në avion, nga ato pushimet ekonomike që bën gjithë mileti, ky fuks pervers vazhdon dhe e lë aty si krim, sepse fjala “çarter”, normal, tingëllon shumë inkriminuese për gjyqin e studiove dhe portaleve.

Udhëtimi i tretë që citohet në dosje, i datës 25-27.10.2021, lidhet me një vizitë në Kiev, me një linjë të ngjashme (Sky Up), e cila sillte turistë ukrainas në Tiranë, para Luftës, me të cilën kam fluturuar për një takim zyrtar me kryebashkiakun e Kievit, Vitali Klitschko.

Pra, logjika e pervit thotë: Po e pranove se bëri dy javë pushime normale ekonomike, kur ishte 24 dhe 26 vjeç, dhe takoi kryetarin e Bashkisë së Kievit të iku zogu nga dora, ndërsa po ia qëndise qenit “se ka udhëtuar me çarter që i vogël” natyrisht që gjyqi popullor do të kërkojë litarin për të!

What a disappointment that these ridiculous levels of proof, similar to those of the communist prosecutors' offices and criminal courts for agitation and propaganda, not only bear the stamp of the new justice, but are now the reason why a quarter of a million of my votes were trampled underfoot, while an anonymous piece of paper and a prosecutor brought to Spak with a friend, became the reason for me to say these things from prison!

No trial!

I greet you with longing and with my head held high, because we will not give way to the devil-fool! Long live, not once.
