The Police Supervision Agency has taken measures for the two police brothers.

Through an official AMP announcement, the Kukës-Dibar region has announced that it has detained police officer  Avni Uka , assigned to the General Patrol at the Dibar Police Commissariat, suspected of the criminal offense of "abuse of duty".

Meanwhile, for his brother, patrol officer Sultan Uka at the Mat Police Station, the AMP has initiated proceedings against him while he is at large for the criminal offenses of "Disturbance of public peace" and " Self-justification ".

During the investigation, it emerged that the two police brothers were involved in a violent conflict in the town of Burrel, where they raped a citizen.

The clash, started for weak motives, has degraded to physical violence. 

AMP is continuing its investigations to fully clarify the incident and take the necessary legal measures against the suspects.
