This is Arben Anamali , the 51-year-old captain from Shkodra who lost his life today in Lake Shkodra, while performing a heroic act by saving two tourists from drowning.

In an act of sacrifice and self-sacrifice, Arben gave his life to save the tourists who are now in good health.

The circumstances of the incident are still unclear.
