41-year-old Dan Hutra, arrested for killing 3 women and injuring 3 others on March 1 in the capital, is being treated with an individual rehabilitation program in the detention facilities.
TV Klan learns that Hutra is staying in Detention Facility 313, where the Directorate of Prisons, due to his unusual and aggressive behavior, is treating him individually.
Psychologists and other social workers, who are tasked with conducting sessions with groups of prisoners and detainees, in Hutra's case are conducting them individually, to learn more about his behavior.
He was locked in a cell indefinitely by the Tirana Court with the arguments of dangerousness and criminal offenses brought against him, the most serious being murder due to family relations in 4 cases, two of which were attempted.
In court, Hutra appeared calm and did not express remorse for any of the crimes, justifying that for each of them he had a motive for the injustices that had caused him in life.
This program has been prepared since the 41-year-old has been in prison since the age of 25 for murdering his first wife and the authorities are aware of his aggressive behavior.
At the same time, the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana is considering the possibility of conducting an expertise to assess his mental health.
