Apartments, cars and 9 parking spaces, the assets of the 30-year-old in Tirana are seized (NAME)

The Prosecutor's Office of Tirana has ordered the seizure of 14 assets of Ervis Hysa, the 30-year-old previously convicted for "coercion to give away property".

The prosecution says that the 30-year-old man took the property through threats of violence, for which he was sentenced to 1 year and 4 months in prison by the Court of Tirana.

Among the assets seized are apartments, 9 parking spaces and two cars.

The Tirana Prosecutor's Office requests the seizure of 14 assets of the citizen EH, suspicions that they derive from criminal activity

The Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of Tirana requests the seizure of the assets of the citizen EH, based on the law "On the Prevention and Combating of Organized Crime and Trafficking through Preventive Measures Against Property", as amended.

The citizen EH was arrested by the local Directorate of the Tirana Police, after the Court of Appeal for Serious Crimes Tirana sentenced him to 1 year and 4 months for the criminal offense of "Force by means of violence to give property", provided by article 109/ under the Criminal Code.

Referring to the criminal position in charge of the citizen EH, the assets which are not justified from the economic point of view, and which are suspected to be connected and derived from criminal activity, have been identified in advance.

Assessing that there is sufficient data proving the criminal activity of the citizen E.H., convicted for the criminal offense of "Extortion by means of violence to give property", provided for by Article 109/bi of the Criminal Code and the property has been disposed of after the conviction; and considering that it has been proven that these assets, the object of the property investigation, do not have a legal origin, the prosecution requests the sequestration of the following assets:

1. Building located in cadastral area 2884, with property no. 1302/16-ND2, with an area of ??147.8 m2, with address Paskuqan;

2. Apartment owned by citizen FH, with an area of ??105.2 m2, with the address Yzberisht, Tirana;

3. Property in the name of citizen FH, "garage" type property with an area of ??18.6 m2;
