Footage emerges from the serious accident that occurred three days ago on "Deshmorët e Kombit" Boulevard, where a taxi hit three children while they were riding on two roller skates.
The footage clearly shows that the children had just crossed the Lana River bridge on the Boulevard, heading from the Prime Minister's Office towards the Ministry of Interior.
According to the footage, there is a police car behind them.
It is not clear whether the children riding two electric skates have entered the intersection with a red or green traffic light, but it is clearly visible that the other cars on the bridge and a nearby motorbike are prohibited.

Currently, the taxi driver, Ekerem Skureni, has been prosecuted for this serious incident, on charges of "Violation of traffic rules".
While the health of one of the minor children continues to deteriorate due to the strong impact, two others are in perfect health.
Preliminary examination at the scene revealed that the minors, divided into two skateboards, crossed the road with a red light, at a moment when the vehicle was crossing with an orange light.
However, the Tirana prosecutor's office, which has reviewed the case, has requested a second examination by independent experts to fully clarify the causes of this serious accident that sparked a strong debate on whether or not electric skateboards should be allowed on urban roads.
