After former prosecutor Arjan Ndoj , the driver's cousin, Andi Malokut, also testified in the trial against Plarent Dervishaj.

In his testimony, he stated that the driver who died in the assassination attempt on the former prosecutor is his uncle's son.

He said he knew nothing about the incident and found out about the assassination from family members who told him that Andi had been injured.

Maloku said that after the incident, 3 people belonging to the Rraja tribe came to his house.

He also told about a girl named Lucy , who he was told had moved in several times with his cousin, Ndoji, and Aleksandër Laho, known as "Rrumi i Shijakut".

Conversation at the court session:

Prosecutor:  Are you related to Andi Maloku?

Maloku:  He is the son of my uncle's son, he worked as a driver for Arjan Ndoja. He and the prosecutor lived in Tirana. I don't know anything, I received a call that Andi had been injured. The incident happened at the Shkozet overpass, I was notified around 5:30. I asked him how the incident happened and he told me that he was at a bar having lunch with Arjan Ndoja, Aleksandër Laho. He told me that he saw a woman named Lusi who moved two or three times.

Prosecutor:  Did anyone come to you after the incident?

Maloku: Three people from Nikla came about two weeks later, they came on behalf of their tribe with the surname Rraja. One was from the Kruja highlands, one from Nikla and the other lived in Tirana, the meeting lasted about 30 minutes and we asked them to tell us who did it, they said they would come and they never came.

Maloku:  I have known Plaurent Dervishaj for a long time, I have never had any problems.
