Fatal accident in Durres

A road accident resulting in the loss of life of a pedestrian was recorded this evening in the city of Durrës.

The incident occurred at around 21:45 in neighborhood no. 15. According to preliminary information from the Police, a vehicle driven by citizen DN hit the pedestrian with the initials Xh. Zh.

As a result of the injuries sustained, the pedestrian died at the scene.

After the accident, the driver of the vehicle was escorted to the Police Station for procedural actions.

Police services and the investigation team have arrived at the scene.

Under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, all necessary actions are being taken to fully document the circumstances of the accident.
