Real Madrid managed to easily overcome Manchester City in the Champions League, to continue on to the 1/8 stage.

After the upset victory in the match a week ago in England, the second challenge started quite well for Ancelotti's team.

In the 4th minute of the match, Kylian Mbappe scored a super goal and a few minutes later, it was the Frenchman who doubled the score again.

Guardiola's "Citizens" tried to get back into the game, but the "Los Blancos" defense was impenetrable, as in the 61st minute, Mbappe completed his hat-trick, his first with Real Madrid.

A goal from Nico Gonzalez was enough for statistics alone, with the final score being 3-1, as the English champions leave this edition of the Champions League with their heads down.

Real Madrid will now await Friday's draw, where they will learn which of Atletico Madrid or Bayer Leverkusen they will face in the round of 16.

In other challenges, PSG achieved a tennis victory, with a score of 7-0 against rivals Brest, while Dortmund drew goalless against Sporting, qualifying thanks to the first challenge.
