Theo Hernandez

Theo Hernandez has come under fire after Milan's elimination from the Champions League.

The French defender was sent off against Feyenoord, giving the Dutch the opportunity to equalize and advance.

Criticism towards the footballer has been numerous, while there are also rumors of a departure from Milan.

Theo Hernandez apologized to all the players in training today and then, with a public post, apologized to the fans, considering the situation an incredible disappointment.

"Football is unpredictable, it offers us great joys, but also painful moments. Today I feel an incredible disappointment. I apologize to my teammates for leaving me with 10 players on the field. I also apologize to the fans who always support us. This club is a family and we will rise again together. Let's rise again together, starting with me. Forca Milan ," the defender wrote.
