Real Madrid won the first act in the derby, in the 1/8 challenge in the Champions League. "Los Blancos" triumphed 2-1 over Atletico Madrid, in what can be called the derby of super goals.

Rodrygo sealed the result after just 3 minutes of play. With a powerful shot with his left foot, the Brazilian stopped the ball in the back of the net. The guests' reaction was the same, with another super goal, this time scored by Julian Alvarez in the 32nd minute. The goal that sealed the challenge was scored by Brahim Diaz in the 55th minute. The midfielder dribbled beautifully in the area and managed to score.

Arsenal have taken a confident step towards the quarter-finals. The Gunners triumphed with a deep 7-1 victory over PSV Einthoven in the Netherlands. Qualification for the English team is a mere formality.

The Borussia Dortmund-Lille match, which ended in a 1-1 draw in Germany, produced no winner. Everything remains open for the qualification, which will be decided a week later in France.
