Borussia Dortmund failed against Werder Bremen, while they lost at home with the result 2-3. The first goal was scored in the 45th + 2nd minute by Brandt, while the second Dortmund goal was scored in the 77th minute by Guerreiro. Werder Bremen managed to hit the opponent's goal, in the 89th minute with Buchanan, narrowing the difference, while in the 90th + 3rd minute, the friends found the equalizer through Schmidt. Werder Bremen didn't stop there, as Burke scored the winning goal in the 90th + 5th minute.

Bayer Leverkusen suffered badly from Hoffenheim, as they were defeated at home with the result 0-3, stalling after two weeks of victories. The match was dominated by the home side for the most part, however luck was on Hoffenheim's side. The first goal of this meeting was scored by Baungartner in the 9th minute, while in the 35th minute Kramaric doubled the score.
