Prime Minister Edi Rama has published a photo showing himself next to NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte.

"THAT MOMENT OF PROUD when your heart becomes a mountain, after years of hard work and great patience pass and the day comes when the unimaginable becomes possible, you tell the NATO Secretary General: SEE YOU IN ALBANIA FOR THE NEXT SUMMIT," Rama wrote in the photo published this afternoon.
