SPAK accuses the mayor of Mallakastra

The Special Court indicts the mayor of Mallakstra, Qerim Isamili, for the charge of falsification of forms.

According to SPAK, Ismaili is suspected of having hidden a conviction in the Greek state for beating, in the declaration form, an event that occurred in 1998. Investigations against him began after the Democratic Party's denunciation. The court accepted his request for a shortened trial and the next session, which will be held on October 19, is expected for the prosecution to read the final conclusions.
